Exchange of Purchased Items

If you would like to exchange an item purchased in our store and 14 days have not passed since you received the package, it is absolutely possible.

To do this:

Repack the package. Include your receipt.

Let us know about the arrival of the package and what you are exchanging the product for at kontakt@hauke.com.pl.

Send the package to: Hauke, Estrady 65a, 01-932 Warsaw.

Please remember that the exchanged item must be unused.

Within 7 days of receiving the returned item, we will prepare a new item and ship it via DHL courier. The cash on delivery fee will include the difference in the price of the exchanged items plus a flat courier fee of 12 EUR.

Returns of Purchased Items

If you would like to return an item purchased in our store without providing a reason, you can do so. If 14 days have not passed since you received your parcel, you can still cancel your order.

To do this:

Repack the parcel; it must be in its original packaging with all its contents, especially the receipt.

Include the completed return form (available here) and the receipt with the parcel.

Let us know about the arrival of your parcel at kontakt@hauke.com.pl.

Send the parcel to: Hauke, Estrady 65a, 01-932 Warsaw.

Please remember that the exchanged product must be unused.

Within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, we will transfer the full amount of the order to your account.

Complaints about defective products

To do this:

Pack the returned product and send it to Hauke, ul. Estrady 65a, 01-932 Warsaw.
Include a completed complaint form (available for download here) and your receipt with your shipment.
Let us know about your arrival at kontakt@hauke.com.pl.

We review every complaint within 14 days.
